Responsible for Program Management and Compliance for WW Dangerous Goods, WW Country of Origin, TSCA, and SAP GTS Super User for the Americas. Compliance includes policy and guideline ownership, consultation with each business, training, metrics, business escalations, and regulatory agency engagement. Regional Super User responsibilities include system expertise, Americas SAP GTS tables/distribution rule maintenance, functional/business consultation, regional issue resolution, and IT/DR Liaison. May be responsible for other program management, such as directing the work of third parties, including global vendor management, to meet contract specified deliverables, performance or business objectives, in the areas of process definition and implementation, alignment to Agilent business needs and performing audits.

Requirements * Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent
* Typically 10 to 12+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Post-graduate and/or certification /license may be required. DG Certification required (IATA/ICAO/DOT). Experience with WW Program Compliance Management required. SAP ECC/GTS or other equivalent system expertise required. Country of Origin and US GSA experience preferred. EPA TSCA and ISO MSDS experience preferred.
* Possesses in-depth skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience and internal recognition in specialty. Not a natural progression from Expert level
